A PRONASA lecture includes a dynamic power point presentation, videos, display boards, narcotic display cases, as well as handouts with resource information. The lesson plan covers the identification, symptoms and physical effects of substance abuse. Featured are alcohol, tobacco, the most commonly abused drugs (Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin and Methamphetamine), rave parties and club drugs (Ketamine, Ecstasy, Rohypnol and GHB). There also is a separate steroids component geared toward student athletes and coaches. All of our programs are delivered by veteran law enforcement agents and include their commentary and a question-and-answer session.
